Privacy Policy

Last updated: January 2026

Overview

We respect your privacy. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using our service, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly (e.g. account details, email) and information we get when you use the service:

  • Account and profile information
  • Payment and billing information
  • Usage data (how you use the service)
  • Log data (IP address, device, browser)
  • Cookies and similar technologies

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the service
  • Process transactions and send related information
  • Send support and administrative messages
  • Respond to your comments and questions
  • Monitor and analyze trends and usage
  • Protect against fraud and abuse
  • Comply with legal obligations

Third-party services

We use third-party services for hosting, analytics, payment processing, and integrations (e.g. ad platforms you connect). Those providers have their own privacy policies and handle data according to their terms. We only share data as needed to operate the service or as required by law.

Connected ad accounts and platform data

AdLiftr lets you connect ad accounts on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Google Ads, and Snapchat via the official marketing APIs of each platform. When you connect an account, we receive only the data that the platform issues an OAuth token for, scoped to the permissions you grant. We use that data exclusively to:

  • Publish campaigns, ad sets, and ads you create through AdLiftr to the connected account.
  • Surface read-only information about ad accounts, campaigns, and assets back to your AdLiftr workspace so launches stay aligned with what already exists.
  • Show recent launch history, error messages, and platform feedback so you can audit and debug your own work.

We do not buy ads on your behalf, we do not retarget your customers, and we do not sell or share connected-account data with other AdLiftr customers, advertisers, or data brokers. You can disconnect any ad account from the AdLiftr dashboard at any time, which immediately revokes our access tokens with the underlying platform.

API and MCP access

If you generate an API key or run AdLiftr through the MCP server (for example, from Claude, Cursor, Perplexity, or your own code), requests made with that key are logged for debugging, rate-limit enforcement, abuse prevention, and billing reconciliation. Logs include the endpoint called, the workspace and key identifier (not the secret), and a response status code. They do not include ad creative bodies or full campaign payloads beyond what is necessary to investigate failures.

Cookies and analytics

We use first-party cookies for authentication and session management, and a privacy-focused analytics provider to understand which pages are viewed and which features are used so we can prioritise the right improvements. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site, and we do not build advertising audiences from people who visit adliftr.com.

Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can request deletion of your data by contacting us.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data (encryption, access controls, secure infrastructure). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal data
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Data portability
  • Withdraw consent where applicable
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

International transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers where required by law.

Children

The service is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have collected such data, please contact us.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
